Your anti-cheat system is not working
I was playing as the Nurse and I had 3 Jane players who are able to instaheal, 99 generators with a single tap and spawn items in front of themselves.
I also experienced hacking Leatherface last night who had infinite tantrum charges and he teleported across the map so he can stop generators from being done. He used tinkerer so he knew which generators are about to be popped. Firstly I was chased in window jungle gym with the pallet being dropped. I was in the centre of the tile while he was on the locker side standing still. I was expecting he's gonna disconnect but then he appeared in front of me while he was in the falling animation. It looked like he just dragged himself in the tile.
All of this happened in one week. Cheaters are more frequent to be in my trials. Purge them ASAP! I'm on console. I can't report STEAM players who can easily change their names.

I forgot to mention Jane players could pick themselves up without unbreakable to full health! :/

I had a Nea with no mither that ran a Doc around all game a while back. Just thought she was good, then he downed her and she flew out the map and revived herself. Ended up letting him kill me as I felt bad for him.

The report system could definitely do with improving, that's for sure.
I should hope that if the design of the game servers is even slightly decent, then multiple suspicious requests from the same clients will likely end up in their accounts being flagged automatically to allow for manual investigation to take place. I obviously don't know anything about the specifics of DBD servers, but you would think a system like this would be in place for a big multiplayer game - especially since client-side anti-cheat can often be very easy to bypass.
