Should Breakout Get a Buff? If so, how?

I'm making a document of ways to buff every weak perk in the game, and I'm not sure on whether or not this should be buffed.

I'll probably make a post like this every week or so with a different perk that I'm unsure of whether it should be buffed. Not every perk though, because obviously Buckle Up or Sole Survivor needs a buff.

It should be buffed, because 20% isn't enough and you need more speed as a survivor to surpass the killer to go to the hook he's going. I'd add 20% increased sabotage speed.

If it resulted op we can adjust it

It should be buffed, because now on many maps hooks are too close to each other, so the perk is quite situational, I think making at least 30% will make the perk great, and almost will not affect the SWF, because additional 10% is not as much to abuse it. Also, to make it easier for solo survivors, a new function can be added so that survivor could see the wiggling progress of the survivor on the killer's shoulder like the Buckle Up perk, this would be very useful.

You should just run up and karate kick the killer's knees out

Needs to be about 30 percent to be viable, could be abused in SWF though which could be problematic :/
