Did the support accept other third party statistics?(Lost progress)
Unfortunately,i lost all my progress by unknow reason.I already ask support to help me.But i'm not sure whether they should credit enough bloodpoints what i have lost.So i turn to https://dbd.onteh.net.au/ to find my own statistics,it shows that i have earned over 111159453 bloodpoints.I'm afraid the support would't give back the amount.So i also take a screenshot on that site to give to the DBD support.I'm not sure whether they should accept this site's statistics.My friends told me the support may give 60000 bloodpoints per game hour as a compensation for the loss.If it is true,I think it is very unfair to me as loyal fans.

Hey I don't believe the way they refund bloodpoints is fair, especially considering you have to manually spend all of them again (which can take hours and hours).
However I don't see why they would accept third party statistics? Last I checked they only base how much you're refunded off of your hours played.

Yeah,this is the key point,they only base on how many hours we have played,and this is why i said it is unfair.
