i unhooked a survivor and used dead hard right after, the killer (legion) was able to down us both with 1 single swing (m1) (killer was using the 3 base perks for the achievement)

  It's a rarely bug what can happen.. Maybe you get the hit because the typical dh bug.

  I have this sometimes too double m1 hits.
