The Twins are probably the worst addition to the game
The twins are so bad because both charlotte and victor just lack anything
Charlotte doesn't have anything going for her other than holding and releasing victor other than that she's just a normal 115 m1 killer.
Victor is fast and has the ability to latch onto healthy survivors and when he's not in use he will show survivors moving around but he can't do normal things like vault windows, do something about pallets, etc. And he can't use 90% of perks which means there really isn't many build possibilities. Plus his ability to attach to people doesn't do much honestly and his lack of seeing scratch marks means that you really only want to go after injured people
Charlotte should be able to call back victor at anytime no matter where he is.
Victor should be able to vault windows and pallets. It's awful that victor has to pounce to get over pallets and windows because that just let's survivors kick him and just makes chases so much longer
Attaching to survivors as victor should apply deep wounds. This is so there is more reason to chase healthy people as victor and makes him more deadly.

Victor is fast but the amount of time to switch and unlatch is crazy. No sign the devs are making any adjustments in an upcoming update either.

I’d personally say legion is worse because at least twins have a cool concept. Not only did legion ruin the game for awhile they also have a uninteresting design imo

I just find them boring honestly. Bunch of edgy teens with a list for blood. I’d much rather play a fat clown with tuberculosis who throws bottles at people

Legion used to be cancer but nowadays people mostly sleep on them. They're a very a good killer now as long as you know how to play the game of attrition.

Yeah I can see that. However, I think their whole theme is to be boring and plain. They're supposed to be scary because anyone around could be as ######### up as them, without you even knowing. Hence the title of their chapter "Darkness Among Us". In real life, you're far more likely to get shanked by some teens then get chased around by a big dude with a chainsaw.

Mettle of man rendered the game flat out unplayable for a little while since everyone and their mother had it.

I actually like their concept to play as and against.
The problem is they're completely terrible. One of the weakest killers they've released in an extremely long time. Just so many problems.
They have counters, on top of counters, on top of counters.
-Victors locker hold needs to be longer
-Victor shouldn't be kick-able after a successful lunge
-There shouldn't be a notification to survivors of when they swap between each other. Is asking survivors to have their eyes open really asking too much? I mean honestly.
-Why is Victor so loud? It defeats the entire point of him not having a TR.
-Victor should be re-callable immediately, why is he able to be held hostage at all?
-While a survivor holds Victor, Charlotte should have Undetectable. This actually makes survivors want to get him off.
-Survivors near Victor when he's idle or on someone should be aura shown, not a location ping
Boom now she might be close to A tier. This may seem like a lot, but that's just how bad she is.
Right now play against The Twins as survivor feels like I'm a child having my hand held.

Victor shouldn't have a hitbox above his head the size of a survivor making him unkickable on stairs as well tbh.

True that’s why I like clown and slinger so much as their story feels realistic as opposed to someone like spirit.
Still think they could have done more with them though. Maybe Jeff was friends with them but split off after he realised their true colours?

Yeah, I wish Jeff's lore was better. He was the one who designed The Legion's mural though, and I'm not sure if this is true, but I've heard his dad was the clerk that Legion killed in the convince store.
