    YES

    Making this game perform better will enable me to increase the render scale further. Right now I can hold 60fps at all times with my overclocked 980ti at 1080p with 133% render scale which is equal to 1440p in terms of requirements (actual 1080p, i modified the game config so it doesn't run at 850p or whatever it was running by default)

    it needs an optimization tbh... my gpu fans scream just standing in the main menu...
