Does anyone else feel like the bloodweb intentionally doesn't give you things?

There are so many times when I'm leveling up a survivor and have a specific build for them in mind but when it comes to actually getting the perks, the bloodweb refuses to give me them. I recently got Kate and plan to use Dance With Me, Lithe, quick and quiet, and lightweight in order to escape killers swiftly but I haven't gotten any of the other perks and she's already level 40. The game is mailing me dry of bloodpoints at this rate. I fear I won't get my perks until level 50 and even then, Ill have to spend more to level them up. It's gotten a little tiresome.

    There are currently 86 survivor perks in 3 tiers for a total of 258 options.

    So if rng is not in your favor the perk you want could be very deep into the bloodpool.

    My advice would be to always go for tier 3 perks even if you don't want them. It's an option that will not reapear and increases your chances to get the one you want.

    Also as survivor best to have one main to have all the perks. If you don't plan to main Kate just level her up to 40 and try to find her perks on your main. Who already has several options scratched out.

    This is why I got BBQ and Pop and now am just working on getting BBQ on every killer before I start unlocking more teachables and diluting the perk pool. There are just way too many damn perks in this game for the current bloodweb system imo. Might have worked back when there were only 12 killers, kinda painful now.

    Yep.

    Back when I used to play Pyramid Head and I ran both range add-ons, the Bloodweb tried its hardest to not give them to me.

    Trying to get Nurse's on Wraith took a long time. It was one of the last perks I got to tier 3 on him.

    I've had the game refuse to give me Iridescent Kings on Doctor, forcing me to use Black Wards to keep my last one. One time it got so bad that I almost ran out of wards. On any Killer, I prioritize my favorite add-ons and Black Wards when going through bloodwebs.

    Yeah, sometimes it seriously feels like the bloodweb will intentionally starve me of an addon or perk.

    I really enjoy the speed addons for blight but god damn are they really annoying to get, I will sometimes have to level up 3 times in order to find just 1 or 2 speed addons.

    I am almost lvl 50 on feng I got dh from shrine at level 12 . I HAVE NO OTHER UNLOCKABLES ON SURVIVOR. So yes
