My guess is that he lunged from the open wall on the second floor, (where there's one vault and one ledge) and landed on top of the hedge. I've done it with cars on Haddonfield.

I guess he was so happy about hearing that he is getting buffs that he jumped up in joy and got stuck inside the tree in the process.

He probably lunged out of the window and landed on the pillar. I once dropped very slowly out that window and landed on top of the door downstairs.

I once had a survivor way too good at that and stayed up there to avoid me, super annoying.

No doubts. It was completely an accident for me. I am not a fan of using glitches against an opponent. I would have been annoyed as well.
