Cross play between Consoles only please?
Now there is an exploit where PC killers can see survivors aura in yellow. I mean really? Are PC killers that desperate to win that they have to cheat?
However, you turn crossplay off and the wait is forever...
Also everytime I turn crossplay off I don't see PS4 survivors disconnecting, but PC survivors disconnect at the drop of a hat.
How much longer to deal with this?
Please introduce crossplay option between console players ONLY

Once again, here we go lumping a group of people into one category. It is not PC killers that are cheaters. It is cheaters that are cheaters.
I am sure not every PC killer is out there cheating.

You should be reporting the exploit if you are aware of it to the devs so they can fix instead of demanding a fix the devs will never do.

I'm pretty sure 99% of all cheater accusations are boogus anyways. I got called a hacker over the weekend for using a PH's Final Judgement on a survivor because I mori'd a survivor without a mori offering.

I've never heard of this exploit til this topic and I did a quick google search and still found nothing.
I'm just telling you that your effort would be better placed informing the devs about the exploit.

I agree with this and totally support it, at the beginning of the crossplay i was so excited about it, cuz i got friends playing in PC, but in many games MANY MANY games we played with wallhackers/exploiters call them whatever you want, we even recorded the games but nothing happened. anyway, please support this, crossplay between consoles only!
I dont want to play with PC users, i know that may be not all of them are cheaters, but you can never be sure of it and is better to avoid any risk.
This would be good for all console players myself included.

700 hours of dbd on steam. Only encountered a handful of cheaters. Also, you said that ps4 survivors don't disconnect as much. You cannot differentiate PC players from other consoles you are playing against. So no, you're probably playing with other platforms. Most of the survivors are console players. There's way more console survivors than PC survivors. It might be true if they have like a very generic name though. that's probably a steam user. I have thousands of hours on ps4 dbd, I have never noticed a difference between disconnect ratios between cross platform players and ps4 players.

i also been playing since 2017 and as soon as they bring the crossplay, i have start to encounter cheater, to this day.
i dont care about any app or console rivalry, i just dont want to play against pc players.

it doesn't have to be an option, if you have cosplays disabled console players should be able to play with each other like how Microsoft store and steam users match with each other.

Its not just the fear of hackers. Its also controler vs keyboard mouse. Huntress K/M vs controler? ouch. add in trying to look away ftom flashlights juking ability ect.... its just not an even playing field. Sometimes its ok, sometimes irritating

Unfortunately for the consoles the new gen ones are considered separate games, so someone on a PS4 who turns off Crossplay will only be matched with that platform not even players on PS5. Same goes for Xbox. So the playerpool is even smaller than you'd figure without Crossplay on.

ohhhh i agree 100% The focus is on xplay. I can wait 20 minutes for a game with it off but turn it on and get a game with 3 ps5s in the survivor Q. It does not look for matching to the game system 1st in xplay if you want to play it has to be xplay then....
