You'll be seeing one less Trapper player for a while
After playing what feels like 100+ games with Trapper over the past few weeks, I am totally burned out of him. I am happy to say that he is the first killer I have gotten to Prestige III. I could have done it a long time ago, but I like to use up all of my add-ons first. That included using the padded jaws, which surprisingly didn't affect my kill rate that much, still getting 3ks and 4ks mostly. I just had to play on top of my game, and use STBFL to synergize with the padded jaws. If you play Trapper, do give them a try sometime. All the prestige costume pieces put together look great, even though I dislike the look of them individually. Blood looks much better on a killer than a survivor. And I am curious, does prestiging actually give you better stuff overall in the bloodweb? I will say, the grind is not okay. I spent 350,000 bp on my newly prestiged Trapper and got to lvl 17. No wonder every killer runs BBQ.
Who will I Prestige 3 next, you may ask? Probably somebody like Hillbilly or Clown who I've gotten Prestige I on. Maybe Blight or Huntress. I'll decide later down the line. Maybe y'all can suggest which P3 costume looks coolest.
This was more of a casual discussion as opposed to balance talk or another one of my decreasingly regular rants. Y'all can respond to anything I've said and I'll try to get back to some of y'all. Take care, and see y'all in the fog.

Prestiging for me did not yield any better bloodwebs.

Don't prestige unless you have at the very minimum 1000 hours in the game. As a popular streamer has said, you just hurt yourself doing it. It gives nothing but cosmetics. Is that really worth it?

P Head's overalls look pretty cool and he doesn't have any non bound cosmetics, but if you don't like him myers and billy are constantly acclaimed to look the best out of P3, but again it's your choice they all can look good and it's most important you're actually gonna wanna play them and use them lol.

I had a brief period of playing Trapper and was actually surprised how relaxing I found playing him.
Despite being a weaker Killer, his playstyle naturally leans towards more forward thinking, planning, and trying to control the survivors with YOUR agenda. For other Killers more focused on chases, I just felt like I was getting controlled by the survivors who effectively get to choose which RNG pallet route or OP loop route to lead me around for a minute or so. Sure, as a Killer you need to control the map, but to an extent your decisions are controlled by which generators the survivors choose to attack and which parts of the map they flock to. Although knowing when to drop a chase is definitely a skill I need to work on more.

Yeah I can't say I have much motivation to prestige anyone else after Doc 2 for the bloody lab coat, it just seemed more thematic.
Loss of all perks is just brutal though took forever to get BBQ&C back, which really helps. In the end you play other killers so can level up the neutered prestige one.
