Did they delay the update and Tome VI?
i heard by some friends that both the update and tome have been delayed for one week. can someone tell me more about this or show me a source?

There's no delay because there's no official date set.
Right now its speculation based on leaks.

They say "February 3rd", as we know, they always release updates 3 weeks after PTB, so i don't believe it got "delayed"

It does kinda depend. Like @NuKeD said, they generally release 3 weeks after the start of the PTB and there is the rumor going around that it was set back from February 2nd to February 9th. (So the tome would be February 3rd to February 10th) We won't know though until tuesday if that's true or not because they don't generally tell us that info we just know the pattern.

The same people that have said February 3rd are now saying February 9th. These people are almost always credible too so I don't see the reason why they can't be trusted.
