Black pip shouldn't exist anymore
If rank reset basically does nothing (going from rank 1 to rank 5 is hardly a setback) then black pipping shouldn't be a thing anymore.. at least for survivors. Killers pipping system to be fair is a bit funky anyways because you can kill all four and still not pip... Removing black pip would solve some of the matchmaking issues imo and red ranks wouldn't be over-saturated with survivors that would be more suited for and have a better experience in purple or even green ranks.

I agree. I started playing a couple weeks ago and I’m almost red rank survivor. Some games I black pipped and should definitely have de-pipped. I started killer a few nights ago (soloQ is cancer on survivor) and just hit rank 10. I have black pipped in some odd situations. 3k and a DC was a black pip. Couple survivors DCd when they realized the 3 gen so I only got a 2K. Black pip. Mind boggling.

Most people don't sit on this website every day reading patch notes. Also there is absolutely nothing in 4.5.0 patch notes that mentions them removing black pips ######### are you talking about.

rank will not factor into matchmaking after MMR kicks in.

wait are you sure you know what are you typing, 1st sentence was "most ppl dont read patch notes", 2nd is "yea i read it and there was nothing about blackpip" but you didnt spend like 10 seconds thinking about what you read
why would you care about black pips (that keeps your rank) when rank wont matter after 4.5 .... dude you either cant read, or cant think, or you didnt read it but still were talking like you read it. Feel free to choose
