Are the NA servers down?

I keep joining EU servers since 2 weeks and i'm getting tired of those 130pings. Makes my trials harder. Some of my friends has the same issue. Anyone know why?

  They're not down, longer wait time since slot of killers quit or can't be asked with playing as much

  Sure about that? As i said 2 weeks from now i've joined EU server and not a single one NA server and i do play a lot.
