Will desicive strike be on the shrine of secrets?
Since 2019 the desicive strike didn't appear on the shrine of secrets. Dose anybody have a idea when will it appear again or did the devs stop it from being available on the shrine of secrets?

It will be there again eventually. On the meantime be happy that you learn to play without relying on a crutch perk like that.

DS isn't worth the shards tbh, it's over rated, and if you're any semblance of a good survivor, there's a 95% chance the 60sec timer will run out before you get a chance to use it because in fast paced high level games that's too fast!
I've found more success in just using perks that mean if I do get hooked, I'm not going down soon after!

I question whether it’s truly “random”. Most weeks it’s all garbage perks, and we almost never see decent perks, especially from licensed characters that can only be purchased with $$$

No he is right, last time DS was in shrine was late 2019 so you have a good chance it will appear multiple time this year.
The number correspond to the time it has been in the SoS so it an average spawn of 2-3 per year until 2020.

DS wasn't in the shrine at all during 2020, to the point where it isn't mentioned during the 2020 Shrine Archive because it just wasn't there.

Is it probable? sure. but it's not any less probable than another 0 for 2021.

I believe that the perks that appear on shrine of secrets are completely random with the only thing affecting them being what perks are required to complete the current tomes challenges. And with the every increasing amount of teachable perks in the game the chance of seeing a specific perk is becoming very very low. I’m sure that decisive will appear eventually but it may definitely take a while

Ruin appeared in the shrine the week it got nerfed. I don't think it's random at all.

and DS is in there this week, so it gives some reason for joy and to play the game for survivors who didn't buy the DLC during one of the worst times to be a survivor in the entirety of DbDs history; the Shrine is 100% not random and they can tweak it and add what they want. Whomever actually believes they wouldn't do that is just being childish and has no clue how the real world works.

The sad reality is that DS (and a couple of others, but DS in particular) are just a bit over the pay to win line.
