The bloodweb won't give me what I want
I finally unlock both Ruin and BBQ so I decided to prestige my legion so I can get those perks on him. The bloodweb is straight up refusing to give me them which sucks cause Legion is my main and the first killer I've ever played/prestiged.

You really don't want to know how long it took me to get BBQ on my Wraith...way over level 80. That's the joy of RNG I'm afraid.

The Bloodweb system is no longer fit for purpose due to the amount of perks now in the game.

Don't worry, maybe in just 4 years they will let you get 3 perks per bloodweb

My legion got it right on level 50 which was a blessing because I had 7 leftover anniversary cakes to burn off during bloodhunt. I then took him to P2 lets see what level this time lol. Rn only my P3's (except wraith ironically @MandyTalk ) got it early but everyone else only my piggy has it at this current time.

Yeah I did the systematic logistics leveling.
I level LF till BBQ was unlocked. I then proceeded to level each other killer till I had at least 2 tiers of BBQ unlocked on each.
Then I went for perks I wanted on killers I liked. After a bit of that I prestiged the doc for the bloody lab coat and then called it.
I don't think I'll prestige anyone else as having unlocked the number of perks I have now I'm done losing and regrinding them all.

My biggest regret was prestiging my Plague to get better add ons... I lost all my good perks for her, the add on rarity barely makes a difference and gonna have to spend a lifetime to get everything back, even tough I'm far beyond level 50 with her.
I probably will never prestige anyone again.

I'm around level 90/100 with Doctor and the bloodweb still refuses to give me BBQ lvl 2. It's so ######### annoying. So I feel you.

There are currently seventy-eight Killer perks, so that times three is two hundred thirty-four.
I'm not sure when Bloodwebs start getting three to four perks in them instead of just one or two but let's say up till level forty-five you can only get one per level. So that's forty-five then another ten so a total of fifty five at level fifty. Only one hundred seventy-nine more to get!
Might as well just play without BBQ, burn all BP offerings and prestige to level three. That's what I'm currently doing on my level fifty characters. So far only Bubba is prestige one, all others base and not all of them are at fifty.
The grind is real.
Especially since I do play Survivor and spend BP over there as well.

Thats why i want the system made for MOVILE, for real when will you actually DEVS will make the change? The GRIND IS WAY MORE MASSIVE than ever was, and characters keep increasing so for real... start caring a little bit more with this problem.

If you had taken it the first time it probably wouldn't have shown up the second time, because haha, getting the same perk twice in a row? What sort of fantasy world would that be?
If you had taken it the first time and it showed up again and you'd taken it the second time as well it probably wouldn't have shown up the third time because see above. But if it did? And if you took it the third time? It'd never show up again.
I always make sure to plan out my Bloodweb buys so that I can always get at least one perk when there are two on offer, prioritizing ones I actually want like Whispers or BBQ and so on, but if my choices are between two perks I don't really care about I'll take which ever is already the higher tier and if they are both the same tier them whatever add-ons I like best along the way.
When there are three or more perks on offer I make my plan and put them in and order from first to third slash fourth. Get the first one first of course, then if the second choice isn't consumed I go for it and if it was work on getting the third. Learning how The Entity eats up choices is key to getting what you want most out of each Bloodweb. Sometimes I can ever get everything I want but that's rare. Also important to realize when Perk hunting is if you buy tier three of something that's one less Perk to randomly show up so I've often bought Perks that I'll never use just to get them out of the way to give other Perks the chance to spawn.

Bloodweb perk appearance follows a pattern that forces you to level up the same perks to at least level two before allowing you to learn new ones. This concept was introduced in one of the autumn updates, and it's still unclear whether it's a bug or a feature.
Several bug reports on this matter I've seen were ignored.
Personal sad story - I first got stridor after p3-ing spirit somewhere around level 110.

I’ve gone a different way and gobble up every yellow perk that appears and only level up to green if its one I want or the only option to take. After a certain point you get purple perk every bloodweb and you only get those if you have leveled the perk up to green first. My theory is by taking a purple you don’t want you’re more than likely just making more room for another purple that you also don’t want, and you’re wasting points that could be used towards getting to the next web. The faster you grab the yellows, the sooner the perks you want will appear.

I only use that perk on basement Trapper. It works wonders.

The grind is real. I think it would be nice if all of the characters you have unlocked got tier 1 of all the teachables you have unlocked automatically. Then, you'd be able to run whatever build you want and have fun, but there would still be a purpose to using the blood web to get tier 3.
