No Synergy between For the People and Second Wind
I was really confused when I noticed that there is no Synergy between those Perks. For Second Wind to activate you need to heal the equivalent of one health state so it get activated. That is exactly what For the People does it even says it in the description.
For the People description: Press the Active Ability button while healing another Survivor without a Med-Kit to instantly heal them from Dying to Injured, or from Injured to Healthy.
Second Wind description: When you have healed other Survivors for the equivalent of one Health State, Second Wind activates.
If there is not suppose to be a Synergy, the wording for For the People should be changed to something like "sharing one Health State" or something like that.

It probably doesn't have a synergy with Second Wind because For the People doesn't really heal for one Health State, I think it just sets the state of the Survivor to Injured or Healthy, instead of Healing them pretty much instantly, which sucks.

I also believe that this is the case but it is not the description of the Perk.

"the equivalent of one health state" indicates the mechanic of charges or ticks similar to generator progress and so on. This would mean that a certain threshold of healing progress must be obtained.

Yeah, nitpicking aside as to why they don't work together, they should totally work together. You are literally healing someone. They increase their health because of your direct sacrifice of your own.
Edit: Anyone tried shoving an instaheal in someone and seeing if that counts?

I think so too it should work together. besides I already said that in another post but why does double healing someone count as healing one health state for second wind?
