I am very glad the mid-chapter patch is not released. However...
The game haven't sees a single, at least the smallest bug fix patch for the 3 whole weeks. Even an extremely small hot fix patch that could contain reduced Elodie audio and fixed trap-Pallet in Father Campbell Chapel would be highly appreciated.
Again, I am very glad the mid-chapter is not here yet, bcs it might be broken, but the absence of any patch for 3 whole weeks in live-version Dead by Daylight makes me, as a player, feel forgotten, even though it is not true.

Since when does BHVR fix bugs quickly?

BHVR and quick action never go together

I'm ngl, I would much rather them have released the patch and progressively released bug fixes. The new patches always seem to yield bugs regardless. So why not get them out sooner and fix em that way. They hardly play their own game enough to notice it seems.

Yeah, and even then it's something like "-Fixed a missing leaf on tree #3625 on shelter wood"
Lol

You are way too hopeful and optimistic. My theory is that they are spending that extra time putting in more colorblind options so people would shut up about it, seeing it from their side of things. It's messed up that it took a dev member saying something stupid on stream for the accessibility team to do something about it, because if they didn't, it makes them look really bad. (I mean, judging by the fact it took them a week after release to get victor to grab on lockers, formerly a very easy hard counter to a killer, shows that they don't think very much ahead and does things on the spot, just my theory, it may or may not be true)

When DS was bugged they fixed that in less than 2 weeks.

Oof you are right lol
makes me wonder how fast they can fix other bugs if they actually did their job

Mark my word. The new patch will be even buggier than before even with the delay.
They always do.
