The Amanda's Letter add-on for The Pig has been Kill Switched due to an issue with incorrect RBT count.

Clown's bottles sometimes don't slow survivors down, they are somewhat unreliable
You can sometimes hear the survivor screaming but not get slowed down, when are they going to fix this issue?

They will fix it when they fix a few other bugs in a few years.

If there's no noticeable slowdown the gas hit the survivor for a very very short time, pretty sure it is intended to work like that

Never in my time playing Clown since his release have I ever experienced this. Survivors are slowed every single time.

They will probably fix it as soon as console gets optimized, DS gets nerfed, etc. :)

It happens when survivors are extremely close to edge of your cloud. It will play this intoxicated animation but they don't get slowed down.

Afaik it happens due to the fact that clown bottle intoxication (same as most other non-lethal interactions) has survivor-sided effect validation. As a result player-to-server latency leads to inconsistent effect if the bottle just barely hit your target.
This is by no means a confirmed fact, though; take it with a grain of salt.

That’s probably a server validation thing. Something I’ve never experienced because I ensure gas is already in the survivors path at places I can force them through it.

How are you using the bottles?

There's a few issues with clown right now, and that's one of them. Also some bottles glitch out on the reworked maps ceilings, and they will not spread out like the gas is suppose to. Mainly happening on the new killer shack designs. There is some problems they need to fix with him.

Same with Plague. They scream but still non-infected sometimes. That's why she sucks
Same with doctor when you shock survivor but he still able to vault

It happens to me almost every game and I hoped that they would address it with the clown rework and they didn't. It seems to be everytime they are at the edge of the gas like it barely touched them. It's fine if it didn't actually hit them but then don't have them scream if it didn't actually hit. Or if it did hit them then it should slow them down.

If they scream, they shall be slowed down. That is not intended.

Ye seen this both as surv and killer.
Pretty sure it's a server thing, when they just hit the edge of a cloud.

The doctor one is because the shocks don't interrupt the animation. When you go to shock them you have to make sure they aren't close enough to press space to do the animation. There are addons to reduce the delay on shock therapy, so I would equip those if your timing on shocks is not on point enough.

I have only seen this once or twice. I'm obsessed with double ether add-ons if I have them so survivors damn near stand still or run into a wall when intoxicated.

Same -- I've seen this several times from both sides, and I'm assuming it's a validation thing. The survivor screams and then the server's like, "Whoops, never mind."

From what I'm aware this is a latency thing, where it hits for you but not for the server.
