Everything is 0; blood points, cells, and shards

I linked accounts and logging back in to dbd everything was gone that I earned in the game. I have already logged out of my steam and logged back in and nothing happened.

    I submitted a support ticket as I also had the same happen alongside my cosmetics being missing, I have been informed it is a visual big they are aware of that is being looked into - I had a response on this at 21:50PM UK time reading :


    "Thank you for reaching out. We're really sorry that you're experiencing issues with your currencies and cosmetics going missing. For now, please know that this is a visual bug in the game that the team is currently addressing. We understand that it's important to know the exact balance of your currencies and we have this issue as a top priority for a fix. The good thing is that your currencies are still there and they didn't disappear. We hope to have it resolved in an upcoming patch. Rest assured that everything is being done to have it fixed at the earliest possible time.
