how i would make coup de grace a better perk.
coup de grace could be a great perk and i would see myself using it if the requirement to gain tokens wasn't tied to generators being complete.
i would instead make it so you gain tokens by hooking survivors, that way the killer is rewarded with stacks by playing good rather than losing.

Maybe just having it on a timer would be nice too.
Make it 60 seconds if anything, but having more than 5 uses would be nice.

Issue with coup de Grace is how frustrating it would be if every stack gets used on a single player and then he gets killed.
I would love to see a QoL change for the perk though so it only consumes a stack after the range exceeds default lunge range

Reverse Fired Up.
Permanent passive lunge increase with lower numbers than it currently has that starts out at its highest and gets lower and lower for each gen completed.

Put it back to 100% because I have no idea why they nerfed it after the PTB because it already wasn't that strong. Also be able to activate it with a button so you can use it when you like.

I get what you're saying, but balancing an entire perk around 1 killer seems like a bad idea.
This said, we could also simply make it not work with special attacks and tweak was is and isn't considered a special attack.
