I'm so sick and tired of killers who refuse to break pallets and instead bloodlust and ######### I"M SO TIRED.


I'm about to quit survivor and just play killer since I can't even enjoy chases anymore when killers refuse to play like they have a brain

    Sounds like a matchmaking problem more than anything.

    Also what pallet? If I am about to bloodlust someone and it's a super unsafe pallet why on earth would I break a pallet that takes half a second to go around but much longer to break?

    Well, paraphrasing what I said in that thread, sometimes it's just more fun not to break the pallet.

    Talk to me once they optimize console properly. Considering everytime i go into bloodlust i get a massive frame drop and lose track of people, so if im in bloodlust no i wont break the pallet, i will chase you until i get the hit.

    Always break safe non mindgameable pallets.

    Unsafe or mindgameable pallets you might be able to swing.

    Ah yes let me break this pallet while you leave through the open exit gates 5 inches away so you can leave genius. A killer will bloodlust because there likely cornered. Understand no matter what you do to killer they will resort to desperate measures the worse the situation gets. I don't get how survivors can bang out 3 gens early on and be baffled by a killer tunneling or resorting to mean tactics like tunneling and camping. It boggles the mind its like you think all killers are bots with a built in desire to observe a non existent code that stacks the deck heavily in the survivors favor.

    Being an Pyramid Head main, I respectfully refuse.

    Survivors being stupid with pallets is pretty much the only way I can use PoTD.

    It feels so good when it hits.

    The pallet, location of said pallet, and the SURVIVOR dictate whether or not I break the pallet. Unless killer shack or other god pallets those I dont care I shatter them. If it's a pallet I know I can mindgame you and your not goin to leave I know I will hit you so why would I break? I can clean out pallets when your down, hooked, or in other free time.

    Let me just get the survivor rulebook out so that I can add that one in;

    - The killer must break pallets immediately so as not to allow the room for mindgames and to allow the sirvivor ample time to escape

    As a survivor, I almost always want killers to not break pallets. Why on earth would you want them to remove an infinite vault from the map?

    this is soooo funny.... when i'm killer i am always surprised by bloodlust kicking in. I will use what the game gives me but i very rarely intend to use blood lust!

    Not enough killers don't break palettes. I wish they would stop breaking them so I can use By Any means Necessary to reset the palette.

    I think the underlying assumption here is that, when you throw a pallet, you're "supposed" to be able to get to the next tile without getting caught. But, if that were true, chases would never end, because the killer would have to follow the survivor through every tile loop, breaking every pallet.

    Speaking as someone who's bad at killer, survivors who are good at chase know how to break bloodlust by timing pallet stuns and breaking LOS. They also know how to force me to break safe pallets before they leave the tile, and when to bail from unsafe pallets and make a run for it. It takes a thousand years, even though I don't kick unsafe pallets.
