There is also an addon that blocks pallets when you get hit by his lethal rush.

Its Blood Favor but how this post looks I can't tell if its satire or not

If its not satire, Hex: Blood Favor will block a pallet whenever you are hit with a basic attack for 16 seconds, on a cooldown

If you were hit by his dash attack then he had an add-on that blocked the pallet

Stops pallet saves, stops people dropping pallets on you immediately after a hit so you can gain more ground on them, stops them abusing dead hard to get another couple loops on the current pallet (especially in a place like fun bus).

Blood Favour is very useful, even if its CD is very high

has a lengthy cooldown, is only usable once at a time, only works in a very limited radius, is only active for a short amount of time and is destroyable.

Blood Favor literally only makes the survivor switch loops until its gone again. that is all it does for you, besides some VERY nieche scenarios like somehow managing to down someone while its not on cooldown, while they also lie in a pallet.

it is easily one of the worst perks ingame.

No surprising people are wondering why pallets are blocked. Nobody uses Hex: Blood favor

I feel like the only reason it's a Hex is so Blight has a hex perk he can combine with Undying, otherwise they could remove the hex part from the perk and it'd still be trash

Sorry you get no value from it but that's a you issue

im sorry, but how is it a "me issue" when all the survivor has to do to hardcounter it is to hold shift and W and use their speedboost they get after a hit to get to a different pallet?

Because you refuse to try and see value in a very very useful perk

You say on the off chance stuff like this happens, its happening a couple times every match, survivors getting downed on pallets, survivors extending a god loop after they got hit because it's that good a loop (like the fun bus)

Now idk what level your matched survivors are at but ones that throw the pallet as they are getting hit or leave the god loop on hit aren't good survivors

okay, let me go through this one by one:

    1) denying pallet saves: this ONLY works when the following all come together: 1. the survivor has to go down in a pallet; 2. the perk must have been off cooldown (which can only be the case when A: you found the survivor already injured and havent been in a succesfull chase for quite some time, or B: they managed to keep you busy for 40 seconds after getting hit); 3. the perk has not been cleansed yet 4. another survivor is close by who would be able to pallet save had you not run the perk.

this is NOT a scenario you "encounter a couple of times every match". not at all.

    2) catching survivors who tried to expand the loop they were on after being hit, due to the pallet being blocked: first of all, there is a huge tell the survivor gets as soon as they get hit, in form of the entity blocking the pallet at the very loop they are currently running (aswell as Hex notifications). any survivor who has at least some minor form of awareness of whats happening around them is going to notice that easily and leave the loop. the hit boost is more than enough to make it to a different near by loop that wasnt within 16m to your hit location. additionally, the block lasts only for 15 seconds. that is an amount of time that is easily stallable by a good survivor on a different loop, just for them to return to their godloop shortly afterwards to find their pallet accessable again - and you in a neat little 40 second cooldown.

the only survivors caught out by this are ones that are bad enough at the game that you probaply didnt need the perk to begin with - heck, they would probaply have wasted that pallet super quickly had you not blocked it!

    and another thing:

if the first point with the pallet saves is really that important to you, try running Infectious Fright.

it not only saves you from pallet saves, it also works for flashlight saves, general tracking, has no cooldown AND is not removable by the survivors!

its an amazing perk for your snowball game AND for securing hooks, so give that one a shot instead of wasting a perk slot for Hex: Blood Favor.

Now I appreciate what your saying but I actually don't because you clearly aren't paying attention

I come across pallet save situations a lot

The loop situation is because they tried to get an extra loop with dead hard, this becomes ineffective with blood Favour, this again, happens a lot

Plus, I don't let them have the chance to "go back to their god loop" god knows what darling you're doing if you do

Also, I'm aware infectious is a perk and what it does but I also find that more often than not it gets about two uses before survivors start moving out of tr when someone gets injured in it if they can help it, they just run in again afterwards.

Idk what survivors you're playing against but I can't imagine they are very smart if they dont play around Infectious.

Also, dont appreciate your condescending tone,

are you even reading what im posting?

    whatever.

keep running your perk if its so strong, im sure you'll get plenty of use with it that you would have never gotten with any other perk that also justifies all the downsides on it.

i really dont feel like having such a pointless discussion right now, sorry.
