Heavy Punishment for Cowards
Just had a crawl of a match where one teammates was constantly hiding and it was a small map so the killer could check gens easily. It got to the point where I managed to do two gens, my other two teammates did one, and the coward did nothing. It got to the point where it was just me and the coward. She would actually be brave enough to come get me off the hook then go hide. Rinse and repeat. She wanted me to do the gens and then her get out Scott free. I still had two gens to go and just had to do them alone. The Killer spotted me and he just walked away, I stood and waited for him to get me cause there’s no way I could do gens by myself. Guess he felt sorry for me. He spent a good while trying to find the coward survivor but gave up and finally got me cause the match was going too long. Once she was the last survivor she tried to escape through the gate but luckily he got her and killed her. I wish the devs would punish these players somehow. It was a miserable match and it’s not my first with these coward leeches of teammates. Make me do all the work and then you try to escape.

How are they higher rank if all they do is hide then escape after everyone else did the work?

Cowards are my absolute least favorite type of survivor.
If I find out there's one in the match, I root them out and borderline tunnel them, going after them whenever it won't put me at a disadvantage.

I am in love with urban evasion for chases and hiding, but not for playing like this. It's smart to take cover sometimes, but constantly lurking in the shadows isn't fun for either side. I'm sorry it was so boring and counterproductive, but I hope you meet more stealth players who also take risks for the team :)! Good luck!

It seems it’s hard to find a middle ground with survivor teammates. Either they are cowardly and hide and let you take all the risks, or they are morons who come get you off the hook while the killer is there and run everywhere.

I am a red rank Survivor and I can tell you that strat does not fly down here. I can get two safe unhooks, do two gens, and evade the killer and still not get enough to pip.
