Why do survivors constantly have Freddy/Spirit in their gunsights but not Doctor?

Doc is a pubstomper. He's extremely rough to play against for anyone who doesn't know the right way to counter him, and he has a fairly simple to use power. Grab and go for new killers, overwhelming for new survivors. By the time you've gotten to survivors who do know how to play against him, you've probably racked up enough kills to more than make up for the losses.

Because he has counters. You can play against his attacks. There are things you can do to make his power less effective and ways to spread out to still win.
