NEED HELP ASAP!
Just played a game and ran into at least one if not two blatant cheaters. I need help getting him/her banned. I have the screenshot of name and recorded proof if needed. If anyone knows a way to speed up the process or if an admin or someone can help it would be greatly appreciated. This type of stuff is so irritating for honest players trying to enjoy the game.

You must have reported them in-game, then you can submit a support ticket here: https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Also you probably should edit out the screenshot, naming and shaming is against forum rules.

yepp, exactly what @PanicSquid has said - if you have video evidence all the better (as an FYI, uploading the video to youtube and then putting the link on the Support sheet is usually the best way, as then it uploads correctly without giving you errors). Thank you PanicSquid for the answer.

They have HWID Spoofers, meaning they'll just get a new account and do it again and again.

though as was said before with @PanicSquid and @MandyTalk said even if you did not report in game still submit the ticket, it's worth a shot. :) Good luck friend! and thank you for not trying to "OUT" these people on the forums and asking for help to get it done!
