Known Issues With this Update
In the stead of @chieften333, I will be making a list of all of the bugs in this mid-chapter 4.5.0 update, please, feel free to comment any that you have encountered and I will add them. These are just the one's I have encountered personally.
Crotus Prenn Maps:
- Greenhouse has zero collision except on the poles.
- Can swing from balcony into one of the windows on The Chapel.
Azarov's:
- The bus in Azarov's is completely bugged, not allowing any Killers to pass through it.
Temple of Purgation:
- Spot inside the Temple where Killers can become permanently stuck. Try to stay away from any walls in the Temple for now.
Clown:
- Sometimes does not get speed boost from tonic, despite standing in it.
- Reload has a delay.
Pig:
- Pig's Twisted Trefoil Blade no longer plays a unique sound.
The Twins
- Charlotte can now see Victor's aura for ~ 3 seconds after he attaches to a Survivor.
Killer (General)
- Hitboxes feel very off, you can swing at a Survivor and have your weapon clip into their model, but not get a hit.
- Killer's get vacuumed into pallets and spat out on the opposite side.
- Killers seem to get caught on things more easily since the update.
- You can now spin Killers in the pre-game lobby if you were in a Custom lobby previously.
- Cannot pick Survivors in Exit Gates on occasion.
Survivor (General)
- Hitboxes are awful. Killers swinging from miles away and getting hits.
- Dead Hard sometimes refuses to work.
- No animation for jumping into Hatch.
- Fast vault angle has changed.
- Silent Slug issue is still present.
- Blinds are delayed.
- 4th Anniversary Flashlights give off no confetti
- 3rd Year Party Starters appearing in Bloodweb.
- Pallet deadzone increased.
- Spectating a Survivor as they leave the Exit Gates will cause a game breaking bug.
- Exiting Spectate too quickly will render you unable to Ready Up in the next lobby.
- Deadzone for cleansing totems decreased.
Pip System:
- Pips are seemingly randomly subtracted.
- Unbroken and Devout are sometimes bugged.
- Kill Your Friends allows you to gain and lose pips.
- Emblems are incorrectly displayed.
- Pip progress is also incorrectly displayed.
- Randomly de-pipped or banned when someone DC's while loading.
- Incorrect Ranks showing in post-match screen.
Game (General)
- Random booting for no internet, when internet connection has not been lost.
- No audio when switching from Survivor-Survivor while spectating.
- Pings under 60 will undergo massive desync issues.
- Audio Occlusion on The Game isn't working as intended.
- Randomly reverts a M1/M2 input.
- Event offerings not rewarding BP on indoor maps.
- Glyphs not working on indoor maps.
Comments

- Sometimes there's literally no animation (survivor model just disappears) when jumping into a hatch. (Probably seen only from the killer's perspective, but I'm not sure about that)
- You (sometimes?) depip and get banned when the game is cancelled (someone left, or killer disconnected before the game started). Happened to me one time, not sure if this is common.
- You often get thrown out of a game with a "no internet connection" message. (This is pretty common from what I have seen on twitch/youtube)
- (Edited) Almost forgot about that - when you change the survivor you spectate, there's no audio until you click on the game screen.
And about hitboxes - this is a massive desync issue, so everything seems pretty random on both sides but mostly survivors are punished for it.

- The angle for fast vaults has changed and become significantly easier
- Still no fix for Silent Slugs
- Randomly will stop classing M1/M2 as being held
- Server desync will teleport you backwards several paces if your ping is under 60
- Delay to Clown's reload
- Pallet "Dead Zone" (where you can/can't drop them) seemingly increased
- Can swing from a balcony through a window on Father Campbell's Chapel
- Audio Occlusion on "The Game" makes seemingly no sense
- Blinds with a Flashlight are delayed for seemingly no reason
- Charlotte can see Victor's aura for ~3 seconds after latching onto a survivor
- 4th Year Flashlights still produce no confetti
- Sometimes getting 3rd Year Party Starters in place of Chinese Firecrackers or Toolboxes

He was banned in early-mid January I think, so he should be back shortly if that was his first.
Bans aren't discussed on the Forums and I'd like to keep this thread open, so I'd rather not say anything else.

This is less feedback and more compiling a list of things that are bugged for people to be aware of.

Oh one more I forgot to mention- entering Spectate Mode just as the last survivor leaves/dies causes this bug to occur:
The only way to leave this is to close your game through task manager.
Furthermore entering and leaving Spectate mode too quickly will prevent you from being able to ready up or leave whatever lobby you return to.
Also a funny one, you can now spin killers around in public lobbies!
Enter and then exit a Custom Game, alone or with friends doesn't matter. Return to a public lobby and bam you can spin

Interactions you need to be lined up just right to perform them. I had a totem I normally would be able to cleanse from side but I kept starting/canceling cleanse until I moved directly in front. Had a survivor cancel a heal and turn slightly, normally I could return to healing but I had to walk around them to find right spot to start healing them again.
There's a bug similar to the bug where killers couldn't pick up downed survivor at gens, now it's at exit gates.
The event offerings are randomly not rewarding bonus BP earned in a match. Can complete all 5 gens - maybe you'll get points from all 5, maybe only a couple, or maybe none at all.

Looking at some bug reports looks like the BP offering glitch is when match is on indoor map. Just saw another post that glyphs aren't working in indoor maps as well.

I was spectating the last survivor the other day and he was opening the gate, got about halfway through and then suddenly went down out of nowhere. The killer was Deathslinger so I don't think that's supposed to happen. Not sure if it's related to this patch or not, though.

I don't think so. It only happened in one match out of maybe 10 so I'm not sure the circumstances needed to reproduce it.

That bug where it showed the next rank you would reach instead of your current one seems to have returned. This only happened once last night and I’m not sure how to replicate it.

the twins was a shadowbuff i do believe.. bhvr don't like to add buffs to the patch
