The New Movement System Change

@MandyTalk Why is it when I turn right or left then try to turn again in the opposite direction, my movement turns super sluggish for a second and can't snap in a different direction like I use to? Its almost unplayable against certain killers like Huntress. It's like sliding on ice or something for a second before your character resumes the new direction. Just asking if they can change it so its snappy.

They have such tight tolerances such as for vaults, how much perks add to where even a little used to make a difference. All that effort to balance pallets and maps...
Now they change a fundamental piece of the game in animations with a couple weeks of PTB testing and all that is out the window.

@darktrix It's almost impossible to fake a killer out and dodge an attack now. You do 2 turns quickly and you become sluggish for a second. That's more than enough time to get an easy hit on by a killer.

I know. Tight tolerances they didn't even seem to consider when changing the animations...not to even mention hitboxes on top of it.

How are they landing 180 degree lunges. I wish I had a screenshot of me laying on the ground and, Oni facing the complete opposite direction...

Dude idk but it was one of the first things I noticed too trying out a match after the patch. I do get a kick out of being able to click, nod, and teabag all at the same time though it's funny as hell. It's the only thing I like int he patch so far besides the character portraits lol
