Rite of Frozen Flesh Chapter

Killer’s Power: The Bitter Cold: The killer has a unique power to control cold temperatures. While in the killer’s terror radius, survivors may be hindered with the frozen status. Ice will form around a frozen survivor and will leave them unable to complete skill checks, frozen survivor’s will have their skill check dials frozen if they attempt to repair or heal.
Survivors only can be unthawed if another survivor finds them and wraps their arms around the frozen survivor and shares their body warmth for fifteen seconds. Sharing body warmth will unthaw the survivor from the frozen status. Survivors who are temporary within the Wendigo’s terror radius cannot be put into the frozen status instantly. If they depart from the Killer’s terror radius they can be semi frozen and the following will occur.

15-30 seconds being in Killer’s Terror Radius: 66% of Skill Checks will be frozen.
30-45 seconds of being in killer’s terror radius: 100% of Skill Checks will be frozen.

Survivors who are frozen can “Warm Up” A new effect that acts similar to self care. While Warm Up is in effect survivors cup their hands together and blow hot air from their mouth onto them and rub both hands together.

The Wendigo can temporarily use The Bitter Cold which causes most of his body to be frozen and the atmosphere around him colder for a brief period of time and requires a cool down of twenty seconds.
