Nah, there's not THAT many god pallet on that map, there's 2 (or maybe even 3) VERY obnoxious case of very long loop (one near the Saw1 room that was showcased in the clip, the other on a corner around a stair) with not one but TWO god palettes on them, but other than that, it's not that bad, especially on the first floor (the ground level is where all the pallets are).

Also, will that clip is very bad as face value, it also means that the basement is now almost empty of pallets and will be easier hunting ground from now on.

The real problem for me on that map are thos new breakable doors, they are just... well the worst frankly.

As a killer they will increase the hook distance by a stupid amount and make patrolling the gens on the ground level the worst pathfinding game ever, and as survivor, you often end up in a dead end because turns out, following the flow of the map just lead you on a breakable door.

Tbh, I haven't found a single good game design reason for thos breakable walls. At best they act as pre-droped palette near a window that you'll have to break when you come near to them if you dont want to have your futur chase totally butchered (like in the Silent Hill map), at worst they will completely destroy the overall flow of the map and make them totally unintuitive to navigate like in The Game, and in some cases they are just a trap for newby killers and should never be touched (like in the Coal Tower or in the preschool of Badham).

So I'm asking you this question: What was the idea behind thos wall-pallets?!

Yeah, that pretty much sums up everyones thoughts about the reworked The Game map lol.

I just AFK if i play anything other than Nurse,Spirit or Hag on this map.

Got better things to do than eating over 20 safe pallets >.>

Just commit physics and unpallet the pallet when the pallet gets pallet on pallet it pallet goes pallet on your palleter.

LMFAO this was me, I even made a thread just after that game ranting about the map.

This clip is funny to watch back but man playing that was SO triggering. You have the two god pallets above the bathroom, then you have two next to the basement, you can sometimes have the ones on the bottom floor behind the stairs spawn, some of the upstairs pallets by the stairs have barricades around them now so you're forced to break the pallet unless you walk all the way around, then you have the stairs in the corner of the map which lead up and there can be another god pallet there too, and there can even be one behind those stairs as well, then you have the square room (at 36 seconds in the clip) where there's yet ANOTHER god pallet, then the chase leads into a jungle gym pallet, it's like when does it end?

I do admit now, my comments about whoever designing the map should be fired were probably a bit too harsh, but it was moreso heat in the moment and with how terrible this recent update is and with how many bugs i've experienced it crosses a line at some point.

Where did I say I outplayed him? I was just throwing pallets for my life hahaha, I think that map is rough for blight.

I don't think anyone can blame you for getting tilted about the pallets on the new version, there are a lot.

so they can justify putting infinites in the game and just give survivors free escapes at the start while the killer is dealing with the walls.

they need to ditch the idea all together. it does not add anything to the game because it is poorly designed.

the game should start fully open and require survivors to set up instead of the killer to break down since survivors have all the free time while the killer has none.
