BHVR: We also fixed an issue where linked cosmetics can be broken! We do good job right??

They prioritize on money. Anything related to money will get the top priority.
Example: Cosmetics. They never get delayed, and usually gets fixed first.

Like the linked cosmetics can no longer be broken. Glad to know that's where their priorities are

"In order to push an update, we need to have it ready around a week or so in advance to submit it. The first fix was worked on prior to the 4.5.0 release, while the second bug only appeared after the release."
"By the time we found the cause for the second issue, the first update was already submitted. Adding it in would not be an option unless we delayed the whole update- which wouldn't get it in your hands any sooner."
No one in this community pays attention to anything, and that's what is dragging it down.

This. So much.
can’t believe how many people don’t have a clue on how those patches get released but still act like they know everything better..

I think even the Tier 70 charms aren't that great in the rifts... like give us a super cool exclusive cosmetic set or something that won't ever be put in the store or something, not some charm that i'll look at once and forget about instantly.

They do. Their priority is making money

I'd like to see them try to code a game that's more than a cheap Pac-Man ripoff. They like to come in and say what they've got to say, but if they were to be put in the shoes of an employee, they'd be completely lost.

I would say I'm more the blacksmith rather than the night. I know when people are complaining and being babies, but I also don't agree with what happens on the opposite end.
The update is bad, yes, but the teams didn't intentionally mess it up (except for maybe The Gideon Meat-Packing Plant). I know from first-hand experience that all it takes is one wrong character in a line of code to completely screw something up. Rolling out new content isn't easy, especially in incredibly large quantities like we've been receiving. It's quite possibly one of the reasons we haven't been getting new maps. The design team doesn't want to roll out a new map with a ton of issues.
About your comment on intentionally splitting the player base: the best way for BHVR to do that would be to release a new game mode. The #1 thing everyone is asking for is the biggest factor that would play into splitting the player base.
