New perk concept ( Germophobe )
Your knack for cleanliness improves your overall health.
This perk unlocks a new health state ( extremely healthy ) this state turns the healthy survivor symbol blue.
perk effects-
-When in the “extremely healthy” state a hit from the killer will instead of putting you into injured state, will put you into healthy state instead ( chainsaws still instadown).
- survivor has a regeneration timer that must end in order for survivor to go into extremely healthy state
- The regeneration timer only starts when the survivor is healthy.
- Timer length 100/80/60
- Timer slows by 75/50/25 percent when repairing, sabotaging, or healing.
- survivor starts the match extremely healthy at tier 3 but not for tier 1/2.
- Killer can disrupt and restart the regeneration timer if they hit the healthy survivor before timer ends.
Nerfs -
- Survivor repair/ sabotage speed reduced by 25/15/10 percent
- Survivor healing speed reduced by 50/40/30 percent unless using “botany knowledge”
-Survivors exhaustion recovery rate is reduced by
50/40/30 percent unless perk vigil is equipped or survivor is in other users area of effect.
*All negative stats stack*
- using vigil or botany knowledge will nullify their related nerfs.

This is interesting, but seems a little overpowered if the killer is not a chainsaw killer. Does exposed also still include an instant dying state, and what about hemorrhage and mangled effects from sloppy butcher if you can't heal because you're already healthy?

10% slower in repairing and healing is barely noticable. 3 healthstates would mean m1 killers will only have a harder time.

Does exposed insta down? -Yes exposed still insta downs.
What about hemorrhage and mangled effects from sloppy butcher? - think of extremely healthy state as a shield in a way so it blocks these effects at the price of receiving action speed penalties( all match regardless if your regeneration timer is on) but if your hit in the healthy state you will still recieve the above listed effects.
This perk is strong against killers that don’t have chainsaws or exposed status imposing perks.

Good point “ shadoureon” I could increase the healing speed reduction to 50/40/30 percent unless they waste a second perk slot for botany knowledge which overrides the nerf.0
