Maybe. I would think they might do a bloodfeast during American Thanksgiving (I know it's different in other countries, like Canada), and certainly one at the winter solstice.

I don't think they like doing too many of them. I definitely wouldn't expect one for thanksgiving. However, I fully expect either a bloodfeast or some type of extra bloodpoint event during the winter solstice event.
