Why aren’t we complaining about this. (Hot take)
We all complained about the event being pretty much nothing and just skins, well they’ve done it again! For the price of 40,000 blood points you can get an offering that will get you 10,000 blood points. Or a mediocre toolbox, or after 10 attempts on the blood web finally get fire crackers.
Can we please remember when the events were actual events remember the lanterns, the pustula petals, or hell even the cocktail gens they got you cosmetics for free.
Seriously the charm of this game is really running thin. Oh guys but don’t worry about the lacking content we have new animations, that don’t change anything, apart from making survivors worse, and new HUD that, makes survivors worse.
You know why i think we don’t see people complaining about this pisspoor attempt at an event? All the other bugs in the game at the moment.
And if they did that on purpose to distract us from the lacking event, pure evil geniuses.
I remember when i played EVERYDAY. Now i can barely play one game a day. I’ve been brought to things that get more love, like overwatch, yeah it’s repetitive. But atleast it has more than 1 game mode.

But the gens now give me a mini heart attack everytime I finish one and forget about the event. Most scared I've been in dbd since last year.

Didn't they say the only events that were going to be special special would be Halloween and Anniversary events?

No one's complaining about it because they've straight up said in advance that they weren't planning on doing big events for the Lunar New Year or Festive Season, and are now focusing on their Anniversary and Hallow's Eve events.
No one was expecting anything grandiose for this event.

Most of us gave up already. Why bother complaining when BHVR clearly will not do events how it did before?
The events in this game are over, with some there will be maybe some anniversary cakes

They did, but judging from last year and the year before, I don't think people have much hope. I enjoyed the crowns from last years anniversary though. This is supposed to be treated as a "mini event" or whatever they called it.

Isn't the even toolbox a reskinned commodious?
Edit: also, this isn't a big event, it's a little one. The Devs said form now on they'll be focusing on the anniversary and Halloween, and given that I would be happy if they just recycled this formula for the next few (with an increased spawn chance for event stuff in the bloodweb).

Also it’s bugged on some indoor maps where you won’t get the extra bp for doing gens like lery’s

They have the same charges as a Commodious. That's not mediocre. But yeah, it's sad events aren't anything special anymore.
