Dead Hard needs a nerf.

Remove the i-frames, boom fixed.

And I'm seeing BBQ every game, so does that mean it needs to be nerfed? No.

That's mainly for the blood points. Thrilling Tremors is more reliable than BBQ.

You could just wait for them to use it. It’s the most easiest way to counter it.. dead hard IMO is fine, if you swing that’s on you.

Nurse pros stomp everyone regardless of perk. What you are describing is a mediocre nurse.

the devs wont listen theyre too busy making a ######### hud and awkward movement system

I highly doubt it would've been nerfed. Do you see noed? People have been complaining about it for so long and it's remained the same since.

You are right, it doesn't reset the chase, but it does extend it and sometimes makes the killer leave and end the chase. So if anything it actually ends the chase as well as extends it.
It is not the best exhaustion perk, but that does not mean it isn't extremely powerful.
Killers don't have a single OP perk by any means, not sure what you are talking about, please list some OP perks.
People complain about dead hard because it is pretty lame how a survivor can press a button to extend a chase for a long period of time or even end it.
People have complained about dead hard long before the nurse challenges have been around btw.

I think the current NOED is better than the old NOED since the old one needed to have one of the doors open rather than completing five gens.
I'm all for old Ruin to come back, I was against the change when they announced and am not a fan of the current one since it's really only good on high mobility killers like Freddy and Billy.

Totally agree.

Survivors would think that certain killer powers would be unfair just as you think Dead Hard is. Iridescent Head, Devour Hope, NOED, Red Heads Pinky Finger all take away a full health state from giving the killer a much easier time. Sure, they have counters, but survivors have to waste time looking for the hex totem, waste time avoiding the killer or be really really good at looping and dodging attacks.
The same can be said for Dead Hard. Its hard to counter against a good player, but it is still possible, just have to be good at ending a chase and with playing mind games.

nurse gets owned by dead hard just watch any tournament most of them get out because they dh and the nurse misses. Nerf this OP perk

What exactly can BVHR do to nerf Dead Hard? It's literally a hit or miss perk. I legitimately don't know how you can nerf a perk like that besides extending the exhaustion cool down.

Dead Hard is fine, it helps survivors a bit, but not that much. I had a survivor dead hard in the middle of my Blight rush, did not help that survivor at all. It was actually quite glorious!

This is just embarrassing for you, "NeRf DeAd HaRd", do you know how crazy you sound?
You're talking about making "perfect plays" but then the survivor dead hards?. You realize that it probably wasn't a "perfect play" if the survivor was able to reach a whole new area with just dead hard without you downing them right?

DH already broken 3years ago . and if you have a good mindgame like you said , you can mindgame a hit or just wait 1 or 2 secs that a survivor use it when you follow him. so NO its so easy as killer to negate DH

To be honnest since i dont play nurse, i just basically made a farm lobby with randoms that were cool with it i guess. Everybody made points with no killing and i got my challenge done, easy

Sprint Burst is horrid I agree.
As for BL and Lithe, I think the difference is they don't correct mistakes. With BL you need to go find a hill or a building with a second floor, if I find you in one you make an active move to jump out of the window. Same with Lithe you need to find a window to use it on, or you make an active choice to jump the window the moment the killer finds you.
With DH you make a mistake at a loop thus closing the distance between you and the killer to the point you're likely to be hit but then you tap E and suddenly you have the distance back. Dead Hard fixes mistakes by the player and "undoes" the penalty of falling for the killers mindgame. That's why it's so frustrating and unfair to play against. Not to mention when you DH for distance, with Lithe for example you need to reach the window without the killer hitting you, but it's the perk of DH itself which safely lets you make the window in a chase.

if pallets are really far away dead hard just extends the chase by 4 seconds and 40% of the time dead hard never works. if anything, exhausted on the ground needs to be fixed

Okay, play dead hard. You'll see it's not a free use, when you're injured, you'll immediately have to think where you'll use it in an efficient way.
I'm a Nurse main, so I hate dead hard so much, I have to admit it. But it's not OP in any way. Do you prefer Sprint Burst, where you'll holding W like an idiot to catch up to the survivor hoping he won't find a loop in time (it never happens), or lithe, doing the same as Sprint Burst, or Head On in SWF ? Balance Landing is the less effective exhaustion perk, as you have to be chased where you can fall (and there are maps where there isn't any high ground).
You have to actively time your dead hard in the right moment, or it would be useless to gain distance; and dead hard to avoid a hit in the open, if you took the bait, blame yourself. It's less brain dead than the "pReSs ShIfT+W" or "FaSt VAuLT bIg BrAiN moVe" or "mAtE, BrInG tHE kiLlEr nEaR Da LoCker lmao". Dead hard is fine as it is, it's an exhaustion perk, it has to be a powerful tool in chases.

you realize that 11 out of 10 times Dead Hard is not working right?
0 -
You mean like nurse and spirit? Lol nerf those first.
0 -
Dead hard doesnt even work most of the time. I use it and damn I'm exhausted on the ground. I hate running dead hard
0 -
Lol we say the same thing about NOED, but no "MaYBe yOU Do BoNes NExt TiMe." NOED rewards you for not being able to stop gens. And at least NOED works 100% of the time, I can't tell you how many times I used dead hard and was exhausted on the ground.
