CAMPING and TUNNELING
Camping and tunneling need harsher punishments. It’s not fair to survivors.

There is something called ds and borrowed time.
Iron will can help too.

Bowie caught my sentiments exactly.

You shouldn't NEED a perk to get around it? Funny, thats exactly what killers are complaining about when it comes to gen rushing. People all say bring perks to slow gen progression, but you shouldn't NEED those perks to prevent being gen rushed right?

Lmao. Punish ppl for playing a certain way. Oh yeah that already happens with DS and unbreakable.

The devs don't need to implement anything else to punish camping. The punishment is already there, it's called finishing generators. The person on the hook becomes the sacrificial lamb and sits on the hook for 2 minutes, which is enough time for at least 3 and a half generators to get finished.

Yep. Let's see if the devs do anything to solve both side's problems.

Do gen ! poor noob. You don't know how to play game well LMAO. Originally, campimg is bad strategy to killers. Because other survivors will gen. But noob player like you always try to save other player as soon as possible. That's why you lose. Just save other later and do gen rush.

Don't reward camping. And don't force the killer to camp. You'd be amazed how often it's the survivors' fault the killer doesn't leave the hook.
I had a match today where, as I was doing gens, I watched two survivors immediately swarm the hook. The killer ended up with three slugs pretty quickly. Yay team. Would the killer have left the hook if the survivors hadn't done that? I'll never know.
The way to punish camping is by not rewarding it. Stay away from the hook and do gens. If you want to trade places with the hooked survivor by using Borrowed Time, then wait until they get near the end of whatever state they're in (do not rescue someone immediately after they enter second state, that's infuriating to everyone). There's no reason to trade places on the hook if the person has plenty of time left in their current state: you're shortening the amount of time the killer ignores gens and stares at the hook if you save too early. Spend as much time as you're able doing gens.
I've seen camping killers get zero kills because the survivors traded places on the hook, did gens, and took hits for injured survivors. If the team doesn't work together intelligently, then yeah, you're screwed, but that's the game.

Gen rushing is too. It isn't fair to killers.

The trouble with this backward logic is I've seen games where the camper camps a person to death then kills the team even if they were doing gens. Killers camp because it's effective, if they didn't have a chance to turn the game around and snowball the survivors by camping one survivor then they wouldn't do it.

Try playing killer for a while until you go up against a red rank swf. Dont bring any gen protection perks, and just watch as 3 to 4 gens get done while before you even get your first hook. If a swf is good at looping and coordinating, they can get all the gens done in before you can even chase all 4 people. This doesn't apply to solo que survivors, in that case i actually would agree with you that gens are harder to get done without coordination of other survivors. Sounds like you don't play much killer to me

I already made my own post talking about it but i will say it again i think they dont need to like big remove it but i think one good step in the direction to make it that its atleast not as bad anymore is that survivors dont lose rank and or killers dont gain rank from that. Meaning yeah you can do it. But it wont get you ranked higher
