Deathslinger shots not registering or being delayed

Since the update, like 35% of deathslinger shots pass through survivors and do nothing; sometimes it will even do the hit effect and still do nothing.
Also, sometimes you'll fire at them and they teleport like 10 feet in a random direction and it causes the chain to snap, also looking on their screen like they got shot through a wall.
I think this is all related to whatever the ######### is going on since the last update but regardless deathslinger feels unplayable right now.

Believe it or not, you don't get to pick and choose what issues get fixed or not just because you like one side more than the other.
Thankfully I have a feeling this will get fixed tuesday.

Yeah because we need more accurate death slingers right now...
It's bad enough that character is broken as piss with like no terror radius and pop shots that are lightning fast... he's a Huntress with no wind up... and the last 3 or 4 games I've gone up against different death slingers they've sniped me from AROUND the corner.... like they literally clipped my spine as I was rounding the corner and I got shot... character is BS

Then fake the turn, it must have clipped your hitbox when he shot you, but if you decide to pretend to turn, he'll shoot and miss leaving you an easy chance to get some distance.

I mean, all hitboxes are broken right now and will probably get fixed in the next bug fix coming out either this week or most likely next week.

lol.. yeah sounds simple in practice but when your hit box is 5 miles wide and you're trying to get around a corner that he CAN'T hit you and then does any way... yea, just stop talking out of your ass there kid, you don't know ######### you're even saying right now.
This has nothing to do with faking a turn, I clearly stated I was fully around the corner and the shot went THROUGH the wall and nailed me... has nothing to do with whatever you're fabricating in your own mind there guy.

Hasnt occured go me once since desync, so I'm just going by what's happened to me. Maybe you have bad ping, maybe they have bad ping, but the way you're talking is as if you don't believe there's a situation where it doesn't happen. And if you were shot around a corner, then the chain would snap. The chain doesn't reposition the player initially, so if you were hit and dragged out it means that your hitbox wasn't actually around the corner.
As for the fakes, I was giving suggestions for what to do if you have these issues in future. No need to be so aggressive over something so minor.

You literally made that post to be condescending and nothing more... by saying "just fake it" you're assuming I lack the skill to dodge the attack. Again, you're just making things up to suit your own narrative. I know what I saw... the chain went through the corner of a wall and got me... You know the game is bugged right now yet made that ignorant comment to start an argument so don't tell me to calm down when you're the one gaslighting me.
I merely made a post saying the death slinger doesn't need to be more accurate at the moment, the game is broken enough for survivors... fix his accuracy after the hit boxes go back to normal.

Yeah they are a dangerous mix of arrogant and ignorant; I am just ignoring them entirely. They haven't actually said anything even really on topic either honestly.
It's best to just ignore em.

Hopefully the bug you're experiencing will be fixed this coming Tuesday with desync issues being patched.
