I Do Not Like Claudettes
All they ever do is hide and not help at all. Their goal is to wait for all their team to either to do the job for them or get hatch. Just had a match where all three of us gave it our all and this Claudette just hid the whole match not helping or doing anything. Of course all of us went down with one gen to go( she refused to put herself in any danger) and of course she got hatch and got away Scott free. So she was basically reward for playing like garbage and being a detriment to her team. Anytime I see a Blendette in my lobby I know i won’t be able to count on her for anything.

You shouldn't generalize all claudette mains. It's unreasonable.
21 -
I mean, is it generalizing when 95% of the cases, this happens?
Thats like not generalizing humans with 2 legs because the average human has less than 2 legs. Yet 95% of the cases, humans will have 2 legs.
5 -
Agreed.
I play Claudette a lot & if I'm not smashing gens, I'm being chased or healing/saving
9 -
It's a generalization because the claim is coming from a biased standpoint. Where are you getting this figure of 95%?
It seems like you pulled this number out of thin air to justify your biased views
4 -
You gotta realize that kind of Claudette is the minority right? Like you do know a lot of people groan when they see a Claudette in their Lobby cause they assume they are just going to hide and wait for hatch. Or get hit once and immediately vanish for minutes to self-heal
1 -
I've had some poor Claudette's today. They turned out to be low ranks who I can only assume are very inexperienced at the game. They'll just need more time on the game & hopefully do their own research on how to be a better player.
I was playing with a Felix yesterday, he had a key. 3 gens left to do & 3 survivors left = he was using urban evasion searching for the hatch. I didn't "hate" him because he was making uneducated choices of an inexperienced player

We hate you too.
7 -
Mine was level 9 and still playing like that. So
0 -
But I love you. Let’s get married.
1 -
No thanks.
0 -
But if they are constantly being the last ones alive and kept getting hatch then what are they learning? That their tactics work so they don’t have to be a team player.
1 -
Look obviously I’ve encountered some great and teammate friendly Claudettes. That title is mostly a clickbait title. I will say however the vast majority of my matches with Claudettes are like this match.
1 -
I main Dwight, but Claudettes are really good in chases, so clearly they have the skill
maybe they're just tired of the boring gens and chases and want to shake up their gameplay?
0 -
Here you go
0 -
I’ve honestly seen the opposite. Like they are so use to hiding and whatnot that when the Killer finally spots them they go down quick cause they aren’t use to being chased. Again, this is my own experiences with Claudette. I guess I struck a nerve here with this post.
3 -
If they're on the same platform as you then send them a friendly message offering constructive feedback - give advice, be nice
1 -
Sorry I don’t play him as Killer
1 -
Who's "he"? Lmao
0 -
The...Clown.
2 -
I couldn’t message them. They have their settings where they can’t be messaged.
0 -
The only Claudette types I see immersing are low rank.
High Ranks is a different story.
1 -
Well my Claudette was a level 9 and still pulling that stuff. Red ranks I see doing that too.
1 -
You should've said that then, your reply didn't make any sense.
0 -
Enjoy.

It was a joke. You were holding a Clown Emoji. I don’t think this is too hard to get.
2 -
i enjoy it immensely

Not all claudettes are blendettes, but all blendettes are claudettes. The stigma runs deep.
2 -
I hate me too.
0 -
People still have this antiquated view of Claudette. Claudette mains stopped being Blendettes years ago.
2 -
Same. I can never hide and do nothing. What’s the fun in that?
0 -
You guys are petty. I've never noticed cowardly Claudettes in my matches. Usually they are quite helpful and beneficial to the team.
5 -
Usually I play Nea & Yui. But recently I want to get all perks on all survivors so when I want to play a specific style, I only need to change character.
So I played Clau yesterday. PH was chasing me, I just take a tight turn then sit. PH completely lost me, it was fun. Now I understand the Blendette
4 -
Agreed, I always leave the lobby if I see one when playing solo. Its fun killing them though.
0 -
I always leave the lobby as survivor if I get a Claudette on my team. They are by far the worst teammates in the game in my opinion. I hate them.

1. Rank 9 is about mid-level. There are 20 ranks, so it's almost smack dab in the middle. Getting rank 9 is as easy as playing 3-4 times a week with an average pip rate.
2. In my experience playing Claudette I tend to find people like to assume what I have or haven't done. They'll see me right next to a broken totem, or newly finished gen and still assume I just watched some mystery 5th survivor do it. I'll unhook them and try to lead them to safety, and instead they'll run right into the hag traps because they think crouch walking is cowardly. Then they'll blame me, when they were the ones who were on the hook to see the traps placed.
3. If any of these Claudette players really did nothing but hide and wait for the hatch, they are de-pipping every match even before the rank bugs, so they're literally taking themselves back to the kiddie table. It's a self solving problem.
1 -
It's okay, we understand that it is difficult for you lesser beings to fathom our true majesty.
6 -
There is truth in what you say. more than once when only the two of us were left alive, she left me to die on the floor / hook to escape without me. sometimes i don’t see her in the whole match because of a lack of cooperation. (Not every Claudette is the same. of course there are good players.)
0 -
Anytime one of us was hooked I saw this Claudette crouch walking everywhere never working on a gen. She was constantly searching for the hatch. Cause the minute I got hooked I watched her run straight to it, open it with a key, and peel out. That was her plan all along. Just escape through hatch.
0 -
So already we've gone from 95% of claudettes to one specific player? Yeah, trash players pick every character on both sides. It's better once you work your way out of the mid ranks.
0 -
default claudettes 9.5 times out of 10 they have urban evasion and self care.
0 -
I was just giving an example because you were defending this Claudette saying she was probably doing gens and such. She isn’t the first one I’ve seen pull this kinda stuff.
0 -
This one sure did. The one time she got hit she went to a corner and self healed lol
0 -
Where did I say that? I shared my own experience playing as Claudette and observed that any survivor who is acting as you described will find themselves in the potato ranks where they belong soon enough. Neither of that is defending or claiming anyone was doing anything.
0 -
Your problem isn’t with Claudette it’s with some of the people you encounter playing her. I play her no different to when I play as Ash or David. I’m a good teammate and that doesn’t automatically fly out of the window when I play as Claudette.
The gameplay you’ve described, I’ve seen from Ace and Nea players too. Doesn’t mean that everybody who plays as those survivors has that style of gameplay.
I play as P3 Claudette a lot because I love the skin and I’m frequently at the top of the scoreboard because I’ll fix generators, cleanse totems, unhook and heal survivors and put up strong chases. Not every Claudette player is out for herself.

Disregard Blendette, embrace Feng min superiority.
0 -
Agreed. They will never understand the true art of blending.
1 -
In my three years playing and watching this game I've seen every player skin except maybe Quentin (who I play) and Jeff (who no one plays) Urban, hide, afk, camp hatch in my games and other streamers. Useless players don't have to be blendettes to be useless. I'm having a rash of bad Nancys and Fengs atm.
0 -
I think you could probably narrow it down to just blendettes. Those players almost always do nothing but hide and you can't rely on them for anything. The scariest combo as a solo survivor on EU is a P3 Claudette and 'FR' in their username. I've seen quite a few of these players and they've all turned my survivor games into a 3v1v1. Every pallet I walk past I have to say a small prayer for it hope the blendette doesn't immediately kill it 10 seconds later.
Other Claudette mains are chill though, and they are usually good players. Except the purple jeans + orange smock ones, they'll DC after they get downed a single time, every time, without fail.
0 -
I haven’t encountered the smock Claudettes. I had a Kate though who DC’d after getting downed once. She didn’t even wait till the killer picked her up. Screwed us over big time in that match
1 -
Not to mention kinda racist
And if its not that, it feels like thats whats going around lately. I've been camped, tunneled, left behind and betrayed many times because of possible racial issues. One guy even said they were racist
