Who do i unlock next?
Ill be at another 9k shards soon and im torn. Ive narrowed it down to these so far (in order of preference):
Plague: i love her and love playing against her. I don't really care about winning with her i just want to vomit on people.
Yui: shes cute and i really want to use breakout for some meme builds
Hag: because of her teachables, mostly ruin and devour hope
Cheryl: she has some cute cosmetics.
Jeff: so i can unlock distortion
So far i still have to unlock the following killers:
PH, slinger, doctor, legion, oni
And the following survivors:
Elodie, felix, zarina, ash, jane, adam, feng, ace
(In addition to the ones ive narrowed it down to)
Thoughts? Suggestions?

It sounds like you know what you want tbh. I like pyramid head a ton personally so I'm inclined to say him for killer next.

IMHO None of the leftover killers have meta perks, so unlock one that has a compelling playstyle for you (luv doc, but that's me).
For survivors it depends. If you want sneaky ones, Zarina, Ace, and Adam fave nice dark cosmetics and are not too loud. If you're going for the fun pekrs, Adam, Jane, and Elodie have good ones. If you wanna give the killer something nice to look at during chases, go with Felix or Jane. Feng is for the cuteness overload, but she's loud as hell.

He is licensed. You can't unlock him with shards.

I would unlock Oni because I play killer more. And for me playing Oni was fun for a long time.

A while ago I asked a similar question when I reached 9,000 shards whether I should get Slinger or Clown. Well, I’m at 19,000 now and still haven’t gotten either. Lol

I'm awful with PH. He is probably strong killer, but you need to be extremely precise with your ranged attack. If you don't affraid of high skill ceiling, you should probably unlock him.
I bought him, but I don't have much courage to learn him yet. I like when learning killer require a skill, but PH seems to tough for me currently.
Well, maybe OP will have better expirience with him.

I would recommend Plague. She's a pretty good killer, and her perks are great.

Slinger, Doctor and Legion are all quite fun. But in terms of strength, Oni is best.

Yeah I was having a hard time with him. I've only played like 7 games with him and the first couple were rough but the last few I was getting regular 4ks so I'm feeling better. I mostly just like how much is in his kit
Having a built in mori is pretty fun and helps address DS
His cages also help address DS, saves a lot of time that you don't have to go hook, and allows you to keep chases with other survivors easier
His ranged attack can be devastating on survivors making risky unhooks or repairing gens. The fact that he can do a ranged attack through walls is also very nice.
Trails give good awareness. Are a great defensive tool, and can make pallets much more difficult to use.
So to me he feels like he has just about everything id want in a basekot of a killer and then some. He hasn't been as hard to play as a bunch of other killers so I'd say he's more medium difficulty (definetly behind oni, nurse, plague, deathslinger, ghost face, and blight with others being debatable as harder to do well with imo)

At this point i would also suggest waiting for the new chapter reveal/PTB.
there is a high chance it will be original and maybe it’s a killer or eben survivor you immediately want.
(I have 18K shards saved for this)

If you're looking for something fun, go with Plague. I like her ability, and her playstyle is unique.
I wouldn't go for Hag just for Ruin and DH. With undying nerf, Ruin was hurt and DH is more popular now. I just used the lunar log in just to level up Hag to 40. But I don't have much intention on using her otherwise. So its kind of a waste if you don't want to play her.
I'm biased, but I love Doctor. I prestiged him and he's fun to use. I watch people try to pallet camp and they get surprised lol I'm running Corrupt Intervention, Whispers, PGTW and BBQ (mainly for BP, but otherwise I like Oppression).
But, with a new killer possibly being teased this week, I would say possibly wait and use it on them. It would be a shame to use the shards on Hag and then see a killer that you really really want lol

OMG you're so close to being able to unlock the Mr. Puddles outfit for clown! You should buy clown and then unlock the outfit with shards. Clown is my second in command so I may be a little biased.

Oni is one of those killers I know is really powerful in the right hands, but I can't steer his rage run or time his one hit at all. I used to have him on xbox but switched to pc. Maybe it would be easier with a mouse..

That's a good point. I tried hag when I had her on my xbox before switching to pc and I never really played her. Unlocking her for some meta perks does seem pointless. I might not win consistently with plague but she's fun to play. I appreciate everyone reminding me of the new chapter around the corner! I think I'll hold onto my shards until the next chapter reveal and then decide between her or the new killer

I haven’t unlocked the Clown but when I do I’ll already own the Mr. Puddles costume from completing that rift.
I haven’t unlocked them because there are still killers I’ve unlocked like Legion and Oni that I haven’t even gotten around to trying yet. Also, I’m kind of waiting to see what the next chapter is first.

That's awesome! I used to play on xbox and had part of the mr. puddles costume so I'm glad there's a way to still get it after starting over again even if it does require an ungodly amount of shards.
