According to the leaks, a teaser will be given, as it will be original and the next 2 will be licensed.

Usually they tease the upcoming map reworks a few weeks in advance of the ptb. So far we haven't seen anything.
If the teaser for the next chapter is this friday, I actually wouldn't say it's unreasonable that a new map is coming with it.

Twins Teaser was Nov 6th (Friday).
Blight Teaser was August 14th (Friday).
Deathslinger was Feb 13th (Thrusday).
The teasers are just small clips less than 1 minute in length that people make wild speculations on until we get trailer before the ptb drops.

Wouldn't mind having Lee as a survivor. Imagine getting the actual voice actor for it though. Dave Fennoy has made some good screams back in season one with that hacksaw incident.

I am going to say an original chapter because they wont be releasing new maps. It being original i am not sure what it could be.

Could we be getting that Terra Dark killer from Tome 1? I did notice that on the past two chapters, two characters have been introduced in the Archives before they were released: the Alchemist being the Blight and Élodie being the detective in Arcus 1513. Is it possible that trend could continue?
P.S. The Terra Dark killer is mentioned on Arcus 1672.

Apparently , resident evil has been 'confirmed' as the next chapter, so if it is the next chapter which is being released in March and then the next chapter would be the 5th year anniversary so either the next chapter isn't licensed and the leaks were wrong and the next chapter will be original, or resident evil will be the next chapter and BHVR have something much larger planned for the 5tth year anniversary.

Not even leaks have confirmed Resident Evil as the very next chapter (and leaks are not supposed to be discussed here in the official forums anyway)
RE chapter is just being heavily suspected because of the ‚stars‘ hint by M Cote in the new year greetings, the fact RE has its 25th anniversary and they are actively asking/searching for collaborations with other games.

New Killer: The Bee
Power: Bee Throw
Upon pressing the power button, The Bee pulls out a dead bee, and can throw it at survivors. This dead bee PERMANANTLY applies the Torture status effect.
Torture status effect: Upon receiving the Torture status effect, survivor vision is obstructed by a giant blurry bee PNG that moves around the screen. Survivor hearing is hindered by an extremely loud bee buzzing noise that progressively gets worse as the match goes on. Survivors also move at an extremely slow movement speed of 5% as they are covered in honey. Survivors cannot interact with anything in the map, and they will intermittently hear a scream from Elodie Rakoto (every 5 seconds).
While Tortured, the killer can no longer down the survivors. The survivor will passively die over a time span of 3 Real Life Hours, and they cannot end their life prematurely unless they DC, which will give them a penalty of a Game Ban.
