I Do Not Like Claudettes

You really pulling the race card? That’s crap and you know it. I don’t like people who play this character cause they play her with the sole intention of hiding and never helping. Obviously one again, not all Claudettes (tm) but she has a stigma for a reason. I honestly feel the same about Dwights. They mostly hide in lockers and let their team do the work too. (Not all etc etc) so Am I racist there? Or I can’t be cause Dwight is white? Unless you use another skin for him I guess.

I know how you feel I hate them too. The low rank claudettes live only for the hatch. They’ll pump out a gen early on and then call it a day, the rest of the trial they crouch around the edge of the map waiting for everyone to die so they can have the hatch.
The higher rank claudettes are always the most selfish and crutch players you’ll ever see. They mosty run P3 so they cant be found, when they are found they’ll often have sprint burst to guarantee a safe escape. They’ll run every second chance perk they can get their grubby little hands on and they’ll abuse the most broken spots on the game. Hide in bushes -> sprint burst to broken part of map -> abuse bad map design -> second chance perks galore in case things go bad. They’ll only take perks that help themselves and not the team and even at high rank they’ll gladly let others die so they can have the hatch
Then to top it all you’ve got the OoO clicky clicky Claudettes the most toxic of them all. These people are still stuck in 2017 back when their idol was still streaming this game.
I hate them and if theres a claudette and any other survivor left I’ll make sure claudette sure as hell doesn’t get a chance at the hatch

Everyone has their own generalizations based on experience. I for instance can't stand seeing Steve or Ash in my lobby. Nea as well for that matter. Why? Because they all play super aggressive but are bad at it. Along with the Nea's that urban everywhere.
Does that mean everyone who plays them is automatically bad? Of course not. We just tend to remember the negative experiences more vividly. Same is true with Claudette's.

Well that clears it up, thanks

So you accuse me of being racist then all you have to say is a snarky little sentence? Is that really all you have to say for trying to invalidate my experiences with people who play her and then just attack my character and call me racist?

I will agree most Steves I see play like jerks but I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Ash mains. They are usually such team players and always have your back and work hard to help their team.

I never called you a racist, i said it SOUNDED like it.

There in lies my point though. We've had two completely different experiences with those to survivors. Neither of with a wrong. Just limited.

No don’t try weasel your way out like that. You knew exactly what you were saying and doing. Now you’re trying to backtrack.

That’s why I’ve said constantly in this thread not all Claudettes and just tell my experiences about them.

Look, if it makes you feel better, i'm sorry

Alright apology accepted. Just be careful. Accusing someone of being racist, homophobic, etc etc can be very damaging, especially if someone ever found out my real name etc. So if people ever accuse others of this stuff they better be real sure.

Which is fair enough. I guess my point ultimately was to keep an open mind.

I will say if I see a Claudette with bright cosmetics and such I don’t suspect her of being a Blendette and think she might help

I'll definitely give you the P3 ones usually just hide. Ironically my only prestige character is her, and that was just for the achievements.

I play Claudette a fair bit and usually run her with the purple corduroy pants and the pink bikini top with the white cover. Can't say I've ever been real successful at hiding in a bush. I am pretty good at slamming gens and getting BT saves though. I started playing her to unlock Self Care because unfortunately it is a ######### must for solo survivor.
Have to say I feel a twinge of dread when I see the Blendettes or the base kit brown coat in lobby myself though. I run Kindred enough to frequently see what everyone is doing. The stereotype exists for a reason.
