Hag Cosmetic: Does the “Dreaded Husks” belong in “Bile Beldam” outfit?

I may be a little late to this:
The Bile Beldam outfit is a recolor of the Mud Medusa outfit.
The Mud Medusa outfit is made up of 3 pieces (head, body, weapon).
The Bile Beldam outfit only has 2 pieces (body, weapon).
The “Dreaded Husks” head cosmetic is a recolor of the Mud Medusa head cosmetic “Crone Spurs” but does not belong to any outfit.
Does the Dreaded Husks head cosmetic belong with the Bile Beldam outfit? It seems like it does.
