Noticed a new audio bug with the new 4.5.2 patch

With 4.5.2 I've noticed that if you go near a hook that a survivor was sacrificed at you can still hear their injured cries of pain despite being sacrificed and no longer in the game. Haven't gone out of my way to see just how consistent this is but I've come across it a few times. This is from the survivors perspective idk if killer hears it as well and I'm on PS4 with crossplay off usually.

Same. I'm getting this bug every match as a killer. Survivors' cries of pain can still be heard on hook location after death. I've got videos about it if devs thinks it's necessary.

This happened to me as well, haven't noticed it yet as killer but it's happened twice with survivor.

I've heard it both as survivor and killer. I'm also on ps4 with crossplay off.
