Are there any changes for Leatherface's Add-ons?

I don't want any straight up buffs for him, but I feel like his copy paste billy add-ons don't reflect his playstyle or help him win games except for movement speed with his chainsaw and cooldown reduction. He's the worst case of feast or famine of any of the killers imo and I feel like it's due to his limited options from add ons.
