Borrowed time would not work!!! Happened to me 3 times
Recently after the new update the perk "Borrowed Time" does not activate after saving survivors from hooks. I have it happen on me 3 times. Here's the detail
Survivor - Feng Min
Perks running - Borrowed Time, Ace In The Hole, Plunderer's Instinct, Resilience
Maps - Coldwind Farm
Killer - The Shape(Michael Myers)

Please fix these as it will make the game less fun bcoz goddamn killers often CAMPING on my match and BT broke so survivors are tunneled and farmed.

Because you have to be in the terror radius for it to work. Myers has a shorter terror radius than other killers, about half or even less with perks and addons.

what if he's literally beside the survivor and I'm saving him from the opposite? (myers on the left and I'm at the right)

He had to have been in tier 1 or he had the dead rabbit and M&A.
Or he had a stealth perk, I have never seen a bug like this. Are you sure it is a bug?

Could be insidious if he's just standing by the hook.
But besides Stealth perks you could as T2 Myers with 4 stacks of Furtive Chase chase a survivor to a hook and have no terror radius. Otz actually did that in a game he posted to youtube.
