    Ya I know its not a licensed dlc , a buddy jus sent this to me and asked if it was real . I've never seen this before

    That is evil within enemy? Looks too much like pyramid head for me. I would prefer a killer like shelob from Lord of the rings ability to change from human form to true giant spider form and climb walls of the map to ambush or something or sling Web like spiderman

    Yep its a boss from evil within so its already discarted for now as we know the upcoming dlc its not licensed.

    That's The Keeper from Evil Within, he has a safe for a head, wields a large meat tenderizer, and mostly tries to kill you, but there's a dlc where you play as him and he's not so evil after all. His abilities include teleporting to other safes (leaving his head behind) and throwing down barbed wire mines. In the dlc you gain access to some other weapons but those aren't in the base game. He also has a shadow variant which wields a sword and commands a set of arms that come out of the ground. Stylistically speaking he's a lot like Pyramid Head

    Next chapter isn't licensed though, so it can't be him. Either way, all the hints so far have nothing to do with him so it's safe to assume that so called leak is fake
