IMHO: Breakout to follow the killer around, Mettle of Man to take protection hits while doing so, Tenacity to crawl away after getting hit, and No Mither to Rinse and Repeat.

Nemesis, Dying Light, Furtive Chase, and Rancor. Reward the survivor for stunning you or saving the obsession with an action speed boost, but at the cost of having themselves at risk during endgame thanks to Rancor. I call it, "Tag, you're it!"

As for killers I'd have to say Nurse with Brutal, Bamboozle, and Fire Up.
Or my personal favorite build to troll survivors with, which is Freddy with nothing but Overcharge. I played with this build last night and got 2 DCs. It made me go *chefs kiss*.

It’s actually an effective strategy to just run ToTH and no other Hexes. It gets Survivors suspicious that NOED might be used, so they’ll spend extra time hunting dull totems.

A few weeks ago, one of my teammates had this build: Sprint Burst, Balanced Landing and Lithe.
I don't remember the fourth perk, but those three together were already too much to handle for me. 😹

I've thought of a more perfectly ######### build SB BL Head on and Adrenaline you are only allowed to escape if you use all perks in chase with the exception of head on which can be used at any time

lerys with billy you probably won't get hooks on account of only using speed limiter doom engravings and good luck getting value out out of undying because they only cleanse totems if you aren't in terror radius or if it's a hex and most people don't get close enough to totems to let it happen and i'm surprised you didn't ask about fire up

My personal favorite dumb build.
Wraith, Purple and Green Shadow Dance (or, alternatively, Purple Shadow-Dance and The Serpent.)
Brutal Strength, Fire Up, Bamboozle, and Enduring. If you want it to be a little more viable, you can replace Fire Up with Spirit Fury. I mean, it's not like you're gonna need the extra speed.
I bow to no pallet.
