The steamroll squad build
Me and my SWF have been using a build that virtually guarantees escapes. We've actually never been 4k'd while using it even against Rank 1-2 Killers.
Up the Ante
Slippery Meat
Dead Hard
(Unbreakable, Decisive Strike or Borrowed Time)
With good toolboxes.
The idea behind the build is sitting on gens exclusively unless you're being chased. The Killer doesn't get any map pressure from any of the first hooks because they always Kobe. We also generally don't group up or heal unless the situation calls for it at the end of the game.
The Killers loses 3-4 gens within the first 3-4 minutes. And because we're a SWF we always coordinate to make sure we can't be three genned.
The Killer just doesn't have enough time to do anything because they don't have any map pressure from their hooks. And the Kobe build has almost no giveaways unless the Killer is really paying attention to the amount of hook attempts people are making. It's so rare that most Killers won't even recognize it and the ones that do usually have already lost the game by the time they start to notice that we're not saving and it's always a Kobe.
I think some people think Prove Thyself, Built to Last, Resilience etc. is the gen rush build. But it's actually Slippery Meat + Up the Ante.

If the team's goal is to never be 4k'd, it's not really that hard for even a causal 4 man SWF.

We usually get everyone out. Sometimes we mess up a little bit when the Killer starts hardcore camping at the end and angry tho

Yup. My comp team has been experimenting with Slippery Meat+Up The Ante. Problem is we can only have two of each. You can actually take this one step further depending on your call outs and hold W into far corners away from gens. Maps are way too large for M1 killers to cover when survivors are positioned optimally.

Players like this are what's wrong with this game.
