Fan Killer Idea. The Bitter Outlaw
Hello DbD community, this is my first post here. I thought of this killer and i thought it worth sharing.
Killer The Bitter Outlaw
Power: The lasso.
Shoots a slow moving projectile from the killer towards a survivor, if it hits the survivor it stuns them, for 1.5 seconds, and pulls them towards you, this does not injure the survivor. If a survivor is pulled into an object with collision, they are stunned for double the time.
Perk 1: Ten Paces
Stay the course, reap rewards. Once moving in a straight line for 10 steps, your movement speed increases by 2/3/4% this effect is cancelled if you turn or change direction rapidly.

Perk 2: Dead Eye
After standing still for 5 seconds, your vision is empowered and you become more aware of everything around you. and moving objects stand out and gain an aura for 1/2/3 seconds.

Perk 3: Sweet Spot
Sometimes is pays to wait before you strike. When you are in melee range of the survivor and do not strike, you have an 1/2/3% chance with every step to make a critical hit, instantly putting the survivor into the dying state.
"Pow. Right in the kisser"
Addons.
Ultra Rare:
Spiked Lasso, Injures the survivor and stuns them when snared by the Lasso.
Leather whip, Removes the wind up from the killers power and 1/2's it's range, but hitting a survivor lowers their health state instead of stunning and pulling them towards you.
Very Rare:
Rusty Stirrups, When winding up your Lasso, you do not suffer a movement penalty
Illuminating leather oil, When you hit a survivor with your lasso, their aura is revealed to you for 10 seconds.
Stiffened leather handle, If you hit a survivor with your whip, you are pulled to them, they are not pulled to you.
Leather glove, Shows you where the lasso will land.
Common/Uncommon/Rare
Slightly/moderately/considerably Reduces the wind up time of your lasso
Slightly/moderately/considerably reduces the cool-down and penalty of using the lasso
Slightly/moderately/considerably increases your movement speed when using the lasso
Slightly/moderately/considerably increases the range of the lasso
The lasso would move at 90% of The Clowns bottles, and would be able to travel, in an arc, over obstacles and wrench them into them collide-able objects and stun them to stop loops.

last perk is pure rng, bad, the rest is very situtionaly, the power seems like a guaranteed kill if it hits them

yeah rng is probably not a good route to take
