PC -- Being blinded as a Survivor

It happened a lot to me that someone tried to blind the Killer while they carry me and I got the blind effect as a Survivor.

I was also healing a teammate right after they dropped a firecracker and I got the blind effect.

  I think that this is an intended features for fire crackers its like a flashbang in a way.
