Simple balance for swf idea

If all players in the match are solo que, disable bloodlust.
If there is a two-man swf, current bloodlust is present.
If there is a three man, 50-75% faster activated time for bloodlust tiers.
If there is a 4 man swf, bloodlust activated 75-100% faster.
With better chase potential for the killer, the "5th perk" of comms is somewhat balanced.
Thoughts? Maybe this is different between specific killers?

Two things.
- Randoms in 2-man SWF and 3-man SWF would get hurt for no reason.

Not every SWF is sweaty. This change would hurt casual players, that don't even know how to play the game properly. Some players just have fun playing with their friends.
